- Defects in workmanship on restorative or implant treatment.
- Implant failure from loss of osseointegration, confirmed clinically and radiographically.

When the plan works for you, a coordinator checks the hospital schedule and writes back to confirm. A person does this, not a booking widget — so you are talking to someone from the first message.

- An e-visa is available online before you fly, or visa-on-arrival at Phnom Penh airport. Passport valid 6+ months. Canadians need no invitation letter.

- Stay & logistics
- Cambodia bills in US dollars, so your final cost in Canadian dollars moves with the exchange rate — we quote in USD and tell you the rate we used. We arrange airport pickup, partner-hotel stays within walking distance of the main hospital, and an English-speaking coordinator throughout. Implant cases normally need two trips, which is why a number of our Canadian patients fold the second one into a winter stay in Southeast Asia. Bring your dental records and any recent X-rays; we will send a written plan before you book, and a copy of everything done for your dentist at home.

Treatment follows the plan you already agreed. Before you fly, you leave with your records, your aftercare instructions and your warranty in writing — so a dentist at home can pick up exactly where we left off.
How many days should I book?
It depends on the procedure: some are finished in a single visit, others need a healing interval between two. Send your x-rays and the coordinator will tell you what your case actually needs — we would rather answer that properly than quote you an average.

Is dental treatment in Cambodia safe?
Roomchang Dental Hospital has operated in Phnom Penh since 1996 and is one of Asia's largest private dental practices: 37 dentists, 74 chairs across five branches, four operation rooms, and its own CAD/CAM digital laboratory. Implants are Myplant Two from Germany, and restorative materials are CE and FDA approved.
What warranty do I get, and what does it cover?
Roomchang publishes a written warranty: five years on the implant fixture and abutment, two years on zirconia and E-Max crowns and bridges, and one year on porcelain veneers and composite restorations. It covers defects in workmanship and implant failure from loss of osseointegration, confirmed clinically and radiographically.
What happens if something goes wrong after I fly home?
Contact the hospital and they assess the case clinically before approving a repair, replacement or adjustment. A 24/7 line is staffed on +855 11 811 338. Be aware that the warranty covers the treatment itself, not your travel or accommodation costs for returning, and that work modified by another dentist voids it.
Which implant brand and materials do you use?
Roomchang uses the Myplant Two implant system, made in Germany. Crowns and bridges are zirconia or E-Max, milled and 3D-printed in the hospital's own CAD/CAM laboratory rather than sent to an outside lab, which is what allows shorter treatment windows for visiting patients.
Can I get a price and a treatment plan before I book flights?
Yes. Send a recent panoramic X-ray or photographs through this page and Roomchang's team will return an indicative treatment plan and quote before you commit to travel. There is no charge for a remote estimate.
